InSync Consulting is in process of hiring Customer Service Professionals for the 2016 season. This is not a cold calling position! Strictly inbound customer service calls!

Customer Service Professional

Pay $12-12.50/hour

This is a full time position with hours ranging from 8am- 7pm Monday - Friday.

Job Summary: The Customer Service Professional (CSP) will serve the initial contact point for handling customer calls via telephone. These calls can range from very basic calls to complex calls requiring a high level of professionalism. The CSP will escalate calls based on a a set protocol. Each CSP will be professionally trained on various call scenarios and call handling techniques.

Critical Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answers phones and escalate as needed.
  • Researches and documentation of call results.
  • Provides information to internal and external customers.
  • Process follow up tasks.
  • Data entry
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Very strong computer and typing skills
  • Required to maintain specific call volume and quality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

Six months call center experience within the last 2 years is REQUIRED.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to read, comprehend and communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner
  • Strong PC skills including MS Word and Excel, and various browsers.
  • Ability to work in a multi team environment.
  • Able to work in a seated position for more than 3 hours at a time.
  • Willing to work in a fast pace, energetic, and loud environment.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
