10/11/24 6pm- The official 10 day notice to strike has been issued by our end client. The strike will start on Monday Oct 21st and travel will begin on 10/16 and 10/17. We will be sending out exact timelines tomorrow, so keep an eye out.

10/13/24 4:30pm pst- There have been some emails that mistakenly went out from our partner AMN Healthcare about booking travel. The email went to both people that are flying AND people that are driving. Please disregard the email if you are driving.

Induction and Orientation Information (I&O)

All inductions and orientations will be held at one location in the Pomona CA area.

Do NOT travel to I&O until you receive communication from the InSync team

Timecard and Payroll Information

InSync will be using an app based timecard platform called Uattend. Please use the following link to download the app and get logged in: https://t.ly/cnMYO

FAQs about payroll:
1. When can I anticipate my paychecks/ direct deposit to be issued?

You will be paid daily for all strike hours worked.
For example, if you work a 7am to 7pm shift, payroll will be processed that night and submitted the following morning in a same day run. Depending on your financial institution, it should hit your bank account that evening up to the following morning. i.e, Monday shift, paid Tuesday evening.

$50 per day Per Diem Pay – Will be paid with each strike shift worked. Per diem pay for travel days, orientation day, induction day, travel home day, etc will be paid paid out within 10 days from the start of the strike.

Online Module Pay as well as orientation pay will be paid within 10 Days from the start of the strike.

Reimbursements – Within 10 Days from the conclusion of the work stoppage pending submission/approval of reimbursement form that can be found at: https://t.ly/-ytoT

2. How do I update my direct deposit information?
You already entered your direct deposit information in Heartland, and should be active.  If you wish to CHANGE your direct deposit information (InSync HIGHLY recommends you signing up for direct deposit), complete a Direct Deposit Authorization Form from your bank, or attach a voided check as soon as possible and submit it to payroll at [email protected].

3. How is my pay calculated?
Pay is calculated based on your hourly wage or salary, multiplied by the number of hours worked (including overtime and double time as applicable).

4. Where do I record my hours?
You will be using uAttend(app) to record your hours worked. Follow our InSync uAttend Guide to set up your account and learn more about punching in and out. InSync will only pay for hours worked that are punched in uAttend.

5. How can I change or update my tax withholding?
You already entered your tax withholding information in Heartland, and should be active.  To CHANGE your tax withholding, complete a new W-4 form as soon as possible and submit it to [email protected].

6. What should I do if I notice an error on my paycheck?
If you find an error, contact the payroll department at [email protected] immediately to report it. We will investigate and correct any mistakes as soon as possible.

7. How can I access my pay stubs?

Pay stubs are available through the employee portal at https://m.heartlandcheckview.com. You can view, download, or print your pay stubs anytime.

8. Will I receive a year-end tax form?

Yes, you will receive a W-2 form released January 31st and mailed out. W-2 forms are also available after January 31st in the employee portal at https://m.heartlandcheckview.com

9. What should I do if I have payroll-related concerns?

Wed Oct 23rd- Day 3 of the strike work. Shuttle schedules will be provided.

If you are driving into the I/O located in Pomona CA, and you recieved an email with flight booking instructions, please disregard that email.
