We are seeking a 25 Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) Needed to join our team!

These positions start on Tuesday January 2nd. Interviews and offers are happening next week!!

You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and answering customer questions. This is an inbound call center.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative (CSR)

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • These are full-time 8 hours per day 40 hours per week positions with working hours of M-F 7am -6pm as well as some hours on Saturday. Candidates must be flexible with their availability and must commit to working 40 hours per week.

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative (CSR)

  • Previous experience in call centers, customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You MUST be able to read and write in English and one other language at a minimum (Spanish, Russian, or Cantonese/Mandarin highly preferred)
  • Please note all offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background check as well as a urine analysis.
