We are seeking a 20 Bilingual Customer Service Representatives Needed to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and answering customer questions.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • These are full-time 8 hours per day 40 hours per week positions with working hours of M-F 7am -6pm as well as some hours on Saturday. Candidates must be flexible with their availability and must commit to working 40 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in call centers, customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You MUST be able to read and write in English and one other language at a minimum (Spanish, Russian, and Cantonese/Mandarin highly preferred)
  • Please note all offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background check as well as a urine analysis.
